Your Property
To align with the strata complex’s rules, guests must be 55 years of age or older. Additionally, no pets, no children and no smoking inside. Family and friends, including children are allowed to visit during your stay up to a maximum 6 nights.
This is the last townhouse in the complex so there are no neighbours on the left hand side. The property surrounding the townhouse feature a perfectly manicured garden with green space on the left side. There is designated parking in the driveway that offers 2 parking spots. There is a private entrance to the front door.

The townhouse offers ample storage space to accommodate longer stays.
The foyer features a bright entrance with gleaming hardwood floors. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and is fitted with a queen bed.There are two full bathrooms one with tub/shower combon on the main floor and one with walk-in shower on the lower level, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family room, and formal living room. Enjoy a 55-inch TV in the living that includes cable TV.
The family room & formal living room feature a double sided gas fire place. Just off the kitchen is a small deck with a BBQ and bistro table set. Enjoy mountain views and sunsets.
The coffee machine is a 12 cup brew with carafe. There is also a coffee grinder. Feel free to bring your favourite coffee to enjoy during your stay.
The lower level of the townhouse includes a large family room with a TV room that offers a queen pull out sofa. Please note the stairs leading to the lower level may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions. However, everything you need is located on the main level.
The lower level includes a wet bar (not stocked), bathroom with shower, exercise room, pool table, additional seating and a ground level patio.
The house offers Air conditioning.

Guest Access
Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.
Guest will receive a custom door code the day of arrival.
Designated parking in front of the garage; 2 spots available. No parking on the street. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on the property at all times.
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of the garage. There is an additional bedroom on the main level that will be locked and unavailable for guest use.

Other Details to Note
No pets or children permitted to reside in the townhouse as per strata bylaws. Friends, family, and children are welcome to visit for a maximum of 7 nights.
The townhouse is best suited for 2 guests; professionals, business travellers, snow birds, and mature guests.
No smoking, vaping, cannabis use in the home or on the property.
No unauthorized guests in the home; except visitors.
There are 2 designated parking spots in the driveway. Guests must also park in the driveway; 2 vehicle maximum. Visitor parking is permitted on the street but not for extended periods of time.
The bank path along the fence line can become slippery and is used primarily by the landscapers. Due to safety risks, please do not walk in this area.
The thermostat is located on the hallway wall just outside the kitchen.
There are two stand-up fans.
The barbeque on the upper deck is natural gas operated with the gas hook up on the wall. The barbeque is easy to use and has an infrared feature for the rotisserie. Tools are in the barbecue.
