The space
Upon entry to the house, you are welcomed by a grand foyer filled with natural light and a cathedral ceiling. To the left of the foyer there is a spacious bedroom, furnished with 2 queen beds; there is also a 2 piece bathroom on this level.
The stair case leads to the main floor of the house and features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, eating nook in the kitchen, a family room with a flat screen TV, and a formal living room with a gas fire place. There’s a full bathroom on this floor, laundry room, and two bedrooms with queen beds. The two balconies on this level are perfect spots to relax and enjoy the endless ocean views.
The master bedroom is located on the third level of the house and features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a ensuite with a soaker tub and glass enclosed shower. The master bedroom is bright and spacious and the large windows fill the room with natural light; the sliding door leads to a private balcony with ocean views.
Many popular amenities are within minutes from the house; trendy restaurants, movie theatre, shopping, beaches, walking trails and golf.
