The deck is located off the kitchen and has a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a fire table. The BBQ and fire table operate with natural gas.
The backyard is fully fenced, the lawn is professionally landscaped, and there is an outdoor seating area that can be enjoyed on warm days.
A courtesy clean is provided once per month.
Bed linens and towels are provided. However guests are welcome to bring their own.

This home is located in a residential neighbourhood. No events, parties, or loud music.
No smoking, vaping, cannabis use in the house, on the deck, in front of the house, or on the property.
No more than 6 guests can stay at this property.
No subletting.
No pets.
Parking is available for 3 vehicles maximum.
Boats, campers, travel trailers are prohibited from being parked on this property or on the street in which the house is located.
Guests are responsible for managing the trash/recycling as per Nanaimo City bylaws. This includes bringing the bins to the end of the driveway on City trash/recycling day. Guest must manage refundable such as pop/beer cans, wine and liquor bottles.
A courtesy clean is provided once per month. Guests are expected to keep the house clean, tidy, and to a high standard of cleanliness. A vacuum, mop and cleaning supplies will be provided.
Please let us know if you wish to bring your own bed-linens and towels and we’ll pack ours away.
